Limestone products are used throughout mining production cycles. Limestone’s natural strength is as an acid neutraliser, but it’s also used for stabilisation, drainage, as a filler and to provide filtering.
Our products – limestone, quicklime and slaked lime – are selected and developed for optimum functionality. They are used at all stages – before, during and after – of a mine’s life cycle. For example, because of its low reactivity, enrichment with limestone is ideal for making small adjustments to pH levels and for the precipitation of precious metals.
